The implementation process encompasses platform setup, EMR integration, and comprehensive staff training through four detailed online sessions. We'll work with you to set up protocol templates and migrate any necessary data, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Our Professional plan includes support for up to 300 active clients, while the Enterprise plan accommodates up to 1,000. Beyond these limits, additional clients can be added for $4 per month each. We define active clients as patients with ongoing protocols, those who've had activity in the last 30 days, or patients on subscription plans. To help you get started, we offer a free trial period for your first 10 clients, allowing you to experience the platform's full capabilities risk-free.

License & Billing:

The Professional plan setup fee of $25,000 covers your full EMR integration, comprehensive staff training through four online sessions, complete white-labeling, custom protocol creation, marketing materials, and implementation support.

For Enterprise clients, the setup fee starts at $50,000 and includes everything in the Professional plan plus on-site training, custom integrations, multi-location setup, custom development work, and a dedicated project manager to ensure smooth implementation across your organization.

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. The Professional plan ($2,000/month) includes up to 300 active clients, while the Enterprise plan ($4,500+/month) includes up to 1,000. Each additional active client beyond your plan limit is billed at $4 per month. Active clients are calculated based on peak usage during each billing cycle. The first 10 clients are free, allowing you to trial the system. We don't count inactive patients or archived records toward your client limit. For practices with special needs or high volume, we offer custom pricing packages.

Enterprise plan members enjoy enhanced support with 24/7 priority access, a dedicated account manager, and direct access to our technical team. We also provide custom training sessions and prioritize feature requests from our Enterprise clients, ensuring your needs are met as your practice grows.

We maintain a regular update schedule with major feature releases occurring quarterly. Security updates are released monthly or more frequently as needed, while bug fixes are deployed weekly. For urgent security concerns, we release emergency patches immediately. Enterprise clients with custom development work receive updates according to their specific project timelines.

Feature requests are managed differently based on your plan level. Professional plan members can submit feature requests through our support portal, where they're evaluated and prioritized for future platform updates. Enterprise clients receive dedicated consideration for their feature requests and can work directly with their account manager to scope and implement custom features. For mission-critical customizations, Enterprise clients can also engage our development team for custom solutions with guaranteed timelines.

Response times vary by issue severity and plan level. For Professional plan members, critical issues affecting system operation receive a response within 2 hours during business hours, while standard issues are addressed within 24 hours. Enterprise clients benefit from 24/7 support with 30-minute response times for critical issues and 4-hour response times for standard issues. For FHIR-integrated EMR systems, we maintain direct monitoring and often identify and resolve potential issues before they impact your operations.
